When: Friday, May 14 - Sunday, May 16, 2004

What: Cave Exploration, camping skills, fishing, work on merit badge requirements, hiking preparation at RiverFront and two caves (Little Smittle & Lowell) located in John Alva Fuson Conservation area.

Meet: At Atonement Lutheran parking lot at 5:00 p.m. on Friday in Class A Uniform. BRING A SACK DINNER.

Cost: No fee for camping or activities. Patrols are responsible for their own meals, and should pay the food purchaser at the May 10th meeting.

Meals:    Sack dinner on Friday, to eat on the drive to camp.
                Plan to prepare hot breakfast Saturday morning.
                Plan to prepare cold Saturday lunch to eat near caves.
                Plan to prepare hot dinner Saturday night.
                Plan to prepare cold breakfast Sunday morning.

Bring: Normal camping gear, including rain gear and comfortable hiking shoes, class B uniform. Caving equipment listed on handout from Mr. Porter (click here to download a copy). Another list can be found here.
