Don't forget that MONDAY we are holding the FALL Troop Court of Honor at ATonement, in the basement.
We will face the end of the room where the buffalos usually meet. No need to put up the wall this week.
The FALL Court of Honor always has a full agenda so it is critical that we start on time. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can arrive and be settled in your seats and ready to begin at 7:00. If the Senior Patrol can arrive at least 15 minutes early to help set up and organize the Color Guard, that would be great.
The Color Guard will present the colors PROMPTLY at 7:00. If anyone can come at 6:30 to help set up chairs and move tables out of the way, that would be great!
Scouts should sit in the first few rows.
All scouts should be dressed in FULL Class A including sashes and MOS, OA and Semper Con adornments. OA members can EITHER their OA sash or Merit Badge Sash, but not both at the same time.
Mom's, don't forget to wear your scout's rank ribbon.
Parents, please do what you can to ensure your scouts MOST RECENT rank patch is applied to the left pocket (as the scout wears their shirt). Also sew on those Merit Badges on the front of the sash. Activity patches from camporee or other events can be sewn on the BACK of the sash.
Don't forget to bring your snacks/treats for the 'after-reception' as requested a couple of weeks ago in an e-mail from Debbi Johnson.
