Tent Inspection and Inventory Workshop

We will be performing a troop tent inspection and inventory to assess the condition of all our tents, make repairs, and determine requirements for replacement tents or tent parts.
  We would like to have as many scouts and adults as possible to help with this effort.   At this workshop we will plan to: 
  1. Lay out all the tents in the Charter Hall for inspection
  2. Re-align all the tent parts with the appropriate tents (all our tent parts are numbered)
  3. Inventory the tents for missing parts
  4. Inspect the tent components for damage
  5. Replace parts where possible
  6. Perform repairs as needed
Here are the details:
 
Date:     Wednesday, Sept 30
Time:     7:00 PM to 8:30 PM (approx)
Place:    Charter Hall at Atonement Lutheran
Uniform:  None, just wear something.  Do not wear Mic-O-Say or OA adornments, as they might get damaged.
Who:      Any scout who has ever used a troop tent, and any adult whose son has ever used a troop tent.
