A reminder to all members of Troop 257,
The annual Troop Trailer Shuffle is coming up on June 25th at 9:00am.
We ask all available boys and parents to participate in this event. We need people to empty and repack the troop trailers for our trek to Bartle with the supplies and items needed to make you and your sons stay at camp enjoyable and comfortable.
This is also a time to inspect the equipment and for parents to view the things that your boys will use in their campouts.
With good cooperation and turn out we should only be a couple of hours and is a way for you to help with the preparations for camp.
This is a big task for a few people so we really need your help in getting the boys there, using your vehicle to move one of the 4 trailers a short distance to the main parking lot, or toting a box or two..
Coffee, Doughnuts and Water will be provided
Please respond back to me if you can move a trailer or need anything else.
As always, If I have forgotten to mention something, please chime in and let us know!

The Trailer Shuffle will be at 199th and Newton Drive at the KCP&L Maintenance Facility (Newton is the 1st street East of Hwy US 69 ) - Driving Directions below
